English Writer/Reporter Internship

Job profile:

1. We are looking for highly enthusiastic and passionate writers, photographers and videographers.
2. An applicant should have a sound command in English Language.
3. The work will be related to HALABOL website, blogs:
   1. Text - preparing content for  and related write-ups. (Applicant should have a sound command in English Language)
   2. Photography - preparing/managing photo essays/stories. (Applicant should be well-versed with photography or a student of photography)
   3. Videography - preparing/managing video stories for HALABOL website and blogs. (Applicant should be well versed with videography or a student of video journalism)
4. The content will be focussed around social subjects.
5. Hence, the knowledge of the State (being applied for) and its major social issues of concern will give the candidate an added preference.
6. Interested candidate can contact us along with latest C.V, cover letter and a small write-up on a major social issue of the state or a story showcasing some lesser-known campaign/initiative (personal or by an NGO).
7. Candidate, if selected, will become a part of Halabol’s Karma point reward system. Karma points earned by Halabol’s correspondents attract due recognition and rewards on continuous basis.

** Selected candidates will be duly recognised and awarded after the successful completion of the internship tenure. Successful interns shall also bear a preference in the upcoming openings with halabol.com
