Social Media Executive

• Full time position

Key Responsibilities:

1. To sustain lively, interactive discussions via the Halabol profile on Facebook and Twitter.
2. To connect with non-profits, social entrepreneurs, fund raising agencies, like minded individuals and media outlets and maintain good public relations under the direct supervision of the Editorial team. 
3. To plan weekly and monthly thematic sharing of information and discussions as well as micro campaigns in consultation with the Editorial team at Halabol.
4. To curate a list of organizations/campaigns/causes on Twitter & Facebook under the issues relevant to Halabol
5. To blog on current and relevant topics and issues.

Key Deliverables:

1. To ensure a steady increase of fans and followers, who are active in sharing our links and providing all other kinds of social media support.
2. To ensure there are discussions & interactions happening on Halabol’s Facebook and Twitter account every working day of the week and sometimes on weekends too.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a keen interest in social media and know how to work on both Facebook & Twitter
2. Must at least be an undergraduate, communications background preferred but not a must
3. Must know Office tools and Google Docs
4. Must have his/her own laptop. 
5. Must be self driven, self disciplined, a fast learner, relatively independent with a sense of humour. 
6. Previous experience of working on social media and experiential knowledge with Adobe Photoshop is preferred although not required.
